The 1990 Yearbook addresses five broad areas of direct interest to those involved in international business practice: 1. Product liability - developments in Germany and Denmark; 2. Foreign investment - addressing current problems in Norway, Hungary, Venezuela and Brazil; 3. Litigation and Dispute Resolution - covering issues of Arbitration, Enforcement, ADR and Swiss courts' jurisdiction; 4. Establishment and organisation of Enterprise - with reference to the Netherlands, and the EEIG; 5.
