Le Tribunal Arbitral du Sport (TAS) met au service du sport international une institution juridictionnelle a meme de trancher tous les litiges juridiques ayant un lien avec le sport. Fonde en 1984, le TAS est aujourd'hui la seule institution internationale specialisee dans la resolution des litiges sportifs. Ses decisions sont assirnilables a des jugements de tribunaux etatiques.Pour la premire fois, le TAS publie un recueil regroupant toutes les decisions majeures qu'il a rendues depuis sa cration. Founded in 1984, the CAS is currently the only international institution specializing in the resolution of sports disputes. Its decisions are equivalent to the judgements of state courts. For the first time, the CAS is publishing a compilation of all the major decisions it has issued since its creation.This compilation is aimed at the wide readership.
