This is a story about our planet earth, about its future during a time of change and uncertainty unimaginable only a few decades ago. Cameron and Callie Simms find life as they know it upended when a council of unembodied beings, who once inhabited the ancient land of Atlantis, contact them and persuade them to participate in a project initiated to save the human species, and the planet. Perhaps not coincidentally, this time of change comes amid prophecies predicting upheaval, even end-of-times, but these prophecies are ambiguous about timing. The Mayan calendar ended with 2012, which many interpreted as pointing to end-times (annihilation) while research suggests it is simply the last year their culture had mapped. An arcane Egyptian prediction suggests that a new age will come in 2038. Might a golden age come about soon, without a time of catastrophic, planet-wide destruction? Or will there be catastrophe and an eon of starting over again?Can we, earth's current occupants, influence the trajectory in a positive direction? Is it possible for a group of beings from another dimension to provide assistance? Can we open ourselves to such help?
