Children of Military families face stress and difficulty at higher rates than do their civilian counterparts. This stress has been found to increase resiliency in the lives of children as they encounter adolescence and adulthood. What adds to the life of the military child is the rich growth they experience as they enhance their world view through interaction with children of other cultures.
