Children of Military families face acute levels of stress and difficulty almost daily and in most instances, handle it well. This stress has been found to increase resiliency in the lives of children as they encounter adolescence and adulthood. What adds to the life of the military child is the rich growth they experience as they enhance their world view through interaction with children of other cultures.
