Many leaders and executives are wondering what preparations their firms should have in order to be ready to transform into digital era? Organisational e-readiness is a complimentary part of global, regional and national readiness to digital era. This book argues the importance of e-readiness assessment in a structured and quantitative way that contain relevant and valid criteria to assess readiness within organisations from various and balanced perspectives.
