This book is about a day in the life of a young girl, named Telma. She spends the day with her mother at the 13th most beautiful beach in the world, Magens Bay, where they enjoy a wonderful, delicious meal. Telma observes the wildlife, as they interact with her and each other, as Nature intended. The fishes kiss her toes, the pelicans have some fish for their dinner, and Grandfather Turtle swims by and out to the deep sea. Activities between parents and children lead to increased bonding between them, as well as, building higher self esteem in children. Finally, the illustrations fully depict the various scenes in bright, lively colors.
