The multi-billion dollar NMS (Navy Material System) could sway political fortunes, make or break careers, and will serve to energize the FBI in its quest to uncover industry corruption. The political maneuvering, business posturing and personal vendettas surrounding NMS create a complex mosaic of intrigue, boardroom struggles and political chicanery at the highest levels of government.
