Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. Despite the value of metals produced, but little geological work had been carried on in the Randsburg quadrangle previous to 1923, the report of Mr. F. L.
