Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. With respect to the application of the Award, which we have just delivered, to the individual Claims, as also with respect to the determination of the amount of each of those to which an Indemnification ought to be allowed, these must be performed in conformity with the Declaration of the 14th of November, by Commissioners of Liquidation, the one English, the other French, subject to the Arbitration between them in case of need, of an Umpire, whom we shall have to appoints!
