Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. If his mind is so constructed that he cannot discover and apply the few rules necessary for this work, it is quite likely that his time will be more profitably spent in some other direction; for the rules of perspective which the artist requires are so simple as to be easily given in a few sentences. From the standpoint of the artist, then, there may be more theory than is needed, but the teacher of much experience will not find this true.
