To regard the body as a temple is not vital, but to see the bearing of practical physiology and hygiene upon yourself as an individual is of the greatest importance. Although the analogy has been followed throughout the book, special care has been taken to adhere to scientific truth in every particular as well as to omit no important fact of physiology or hygiene.
